I am a cryptography consultant and researcher at Cryptosolutions GmbH.
Before that, I was a PhD student at Ruhr University Bochum under the supervision of Eike Kiltz and Peter Schwabe. My research concerned post-quantum public key cryptography with a particular focus on isogeny based cryptosystems. My second research area involves cryptanalysis of post-quantum secure cryptography.
During my Ph.D. I was fortunate to visit both the COSIC group at KU Leuven, where I was hosted by Frederik Vercauteren, as well as Luca De Feo at IBM Research in Switzerland.
I served as a reviewer for the following conferences:
I was credited for the following security vulnerabilities:
In my free time I enjoy taking photos, especially of insects.
